1 · What this is
You are using a research dashboard: automated scans, human-readable trade cards, and position monitoring for a paper or live real-money account. Paper and live modes are both supported; live mode trades real funds in your own brokerage account. During the current phase the service is private and free; commercial availability is parked until a live track record exists, and would be offered as a flat subscription — never a share of anyone's profits.
2 · Your account & your broker
Any brokerage connection is yours — Alpaca by default. Orders are executed through your broker API keys, only after your explicit approval, in either paper or live mode. We never take custody of funds or securities, never share in P&L, and never trade on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for approvals you give, on any platform, at any scale, in this demo or elsewhere.
3 · Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other users' data, hammer the endpoints, or republish the service as your own product. The dashboard credentials are yours alone; sharing them is at your own risk and responsibility.
4 · No warranty
The service is provided "as is" — availability, accuracy, and fitness for your purpose are not guaranteed. Markets can gap; servers can hiccup; data providers can lag. Nothing here is a promise of uptime or correctness.
5 · Changes & termination
These terms may be updated as the service evolves (commercial launch would introduce a formal agreement and proper legal review — planned long before launch). We may restrict access for abuse or security reasons at any time.
